The primary purpose of this joint site visit was to conduct a comprehensive pre-pour inspection of the ground floor slab and the second flight of stairs for Project G-425. The audit was performed alongside the Fujairah Municipality Engineer (Engineer Parvez) and the Consultant Engineer (Engineer Asif) to verify structural compliance, formwork rigidity, reinforcement detailing, and site safety measures prior to the scheduled concrete casting.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

• Shuttering & Formwork Inspection: The formwork and shuttering assembly for the ground floor slab and the second flight of stairs were thoroughly inspected and verified for stability, correct camber, and level tolerances.
• Structural Steel & Reinforcement: All slab reinforcement meshes, beam steel detailing, lap lengths, and concrete cover blocks were meticulously checked against approved structural engineering drawings.
• Safety Protocols & Measures: Site safety measures, including edge protection, working platforms, scaffolding stability, and temporary access routes, were evaluated and confirmed to meet stringent safety standards for villa construction in UAE.
• Official Joint Approval: The inspection conducted with Municipality Engineer Engineer Parvez and Consultant Engineer Engineer Asif concluded with complete satisfaction, finding all shuttering, steel, and safety measures executed perfectly without any discrepancies.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

• Pre-Casting Final Cleanup: Ensure all construction debris, binding wire scraps, and dust are thoroughly cleared from the slab deck using compressed air prior to pouring.
• Concrete Pouring Execution: Proceed with the scheduled concrete casting for the ground floor slab and the second flight of stairs tomorrow morning under continuous engineering supervision.
• Vibration & Curing Coordination: Ensure proper mechanical immersion vibrators are deployed during the pour to achieve dense concrete consolidation, followed by prompt wet curing initiation once initial setting occurs.

Project G-425 in MBZC has successfully cleared its joint municipal and consultant pre-pour audit, reflecting exceptional quality execution in shuttering and reinforcement.
