SITE VISIT REPORT: EXTERIOR PLASTERING & INTERIOR PAINTING PROGRESS

Project Name: Proposed Villa Location: Block F, Plot 154, Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZC), Fujairah Date of Visit: April 4, 2026 Time of Visit: 03:00 PM Report Prepared By: Engineer Adeel Arif (Site Engineer)

____________

I. Purpose of Visit:

To inspect the quality of the completed exterior plaster, evaluate the progress of interior painting cycles, and monitor the construction speed of the boundary wall to ensure project site security and completion.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

Villa F-154 has reached the final stages of the building envelope and is moving rapidly through the internal finishing phases:

  • Exterior Finishing: All outside plaster works are now 100% complete. The surfaces have been inspected for curing cracks and verticality, providing a smooth base for the upcoming external paint or stone application.
  • Ground Floor Interior: The primer and initial paint coats are in progress and nearing completion. The application is consistent, and the moisture levels in the plaster were verified as within limits before the primer application.
  • First Floor Interior: Transitioning upwards, the first floor primer works have officially commenced. This marks the beginning of the internal aesthetics phase for the upper level.
  • Boundary Wall Construction: Works on the outside boundary wall are ongoing and progressing at a high speed. The masonry and structural elements of the wall are being synchronized to secure the perimeter.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

  • Surface Protection: As interior painting is finalized on the ground floor, I have instructed the team to ensure all floor surfaces and MEP fixtures are properly covered to avoid paint splatter.
  • Quality Control (Paint): Conduct a “light check” on the ground floor walls to identify any surface imperfections that require touching up before the final topcoat is applied.
  • Boundary Wall Leveling: Ensure the boundary wall coping is aligned with the villa’s finished floor levels for a cohesive architectural look.
  • Ventilation: Maintain adequate ventilation on the first floor to facilitate the drying of the newly applied primer.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

The progress at Villa F-154 is highly satisfactory, particularly with the completion of the exterior plaster. The systematic approach to interior painting—moving from the ground floor to the first—is keeping the project on a lean schedule. With the boundary wall progressing speedily, the villa is quickly approaching the final handover readiness phase. For previous report click here.
