____________

I. Purpose of Visit:

To verify the completion of previously pending architectural decor and assess the progress of the internal painting preparation and external plastering teams.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

Following the directives issued during the previous inspection, the site at MBZC Villa F-154 has successfully addressed all technical comments:

  • Architectural Decor Resolution: All pending decor was completed, specifically the intricate details above the parapet which now align with the approved architectural drawings. Additionally, the outside decor block work that was previously outstanding has been fully executed.
  • Internal Finishes: The inside primer work is 60% completed. The application is being carried out with consistent thickness, ensuring a superior bonding surface for the upcoming final paint coats.
  • External Plastering: The outside plaster work is in progress and moving at a good speed. Surface checks confirm that the plastering is maintaining excellent verticality and a smooth finish.
  • Operational Pace: The overall project is moving at a good pace, with the primary focus being the simultaneous execution of the inside primer and the outside plaster to capitalize on the current favorable weather conditions.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

  • Plaster Curing: I have instructed the team to maintain a rigorous water curing schedule for the new outside plaster to prevent shrinkage cracks and ensure maximum durability.
  • Primer Finalization: The painting team is directed to complete the remaining 40% of the inside primer work by the end of the week to allow for the first coat of decorative paint to begin.
  • Quality Check: A final inspection of the completed parapet decor was conducted, and the workmanship is now approved for the next stage of waterproofing and finishing.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Villa F-154 has successfully regained its momentum by closing all pending structural and decorative tasks. With the parapet decor completed and inside primer reaching 60%, the project is transitioning smoothly into the final aesthetic phase. The high quality of the outside plaster ensures a professional facade for this modern villa in Fujairah. For previous report click here.
