SITE VISIT REPORT: FOUNDATION COMPLETION & BLOCK WORK PREPARATION

Project Name: Proposed Villa Location: Block G, Plot 425, Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZC), Fujairah Date of Visit: November 24, 2025 Time of Visit: 1 PM Report Prepared By: Engineer Adeel Arif (Site Engineer)

____________

I. Purpose of Visit:

To document the foundation completion milestones and assess site readiness for the commencement of the vertical structural elements and block work.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

We apologize for the lack of recent updates; the following major milestones have been achieved and approved on site:

  • Foundation Completion: The Foundation Inspection was successfully approved, and the concrete casting operation has been completed.
  • Post-Casting: De-shuttering (formwork removal) of the foundation elements is complete. Curing is actively ongoing to ensure the required concrete strength is achieved.
  • Vertical Preparation: Preparations for the next concrete structural elements are underway. This includes the required setup for Neck Column Shuttering and subsequent Tie Beam casting, which precedes the main wall construction.

III. Critical Constraint & Next Steps:

The next major phase of wall construction is currently halted due to a supply chain issue:

  • Block Material Status: The essential block work materials required for wall infills (up to the tie beam level) have not yet arrived on site.
  • Action Required: The site team is focused on completing the neck column and tie beam preparation. However, urgent follow-up with the supplier is mandatory to secure the block delivery and allow the seamless transition into Ground Floor wall construction.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Villa G-425 has secured its substructure, and efforts are concentrated on preparing the vertical concrete frame (neck columns and tie beams). The immediate priority for maintaining the schedule is resolving the block material shortage to allow the Ground Floor walls to commence immediately upon completion of the tie beam structure in Fujairah.
