I. Purpose of Visit
To certify the completion of masonry works across the villa, inspect the readiness of internal surfaces for plaster application, and monitor the progress of roof-level architectural features.
II. Observations & Concurrent Progress
The site team at Project M-315, MBZC has achieved significant structural milestones:
- Masonry Completion: The blockworks for the entire villa have been successfully completed. All internal and external partitions are now in place.
- Plaster Preparation: Following the masonry completion, the internal walls have been inspected and are now fully ready for plaster. The surfaces are prepped for the next finishing stage.
- Roof & Architectural Works: Active construction is ongoing at the roof level. The teams are currently executing the parapet wall works simultaneously with the decor works near the parapet, ensuring the villa’s exterior profile is shaping up as designed.
III. Critical Next Steps
With the masonry phase closed out, the project is transitioning to finishing works:
- Internal Finishes: The immediate mobilization for internal plastering is expected now that the walls are cleared and ready.
- External Finishes: Upon completion of the parapet and decor blocks, the exterior plaster and coating phases will follow.
IV. Concluding Remarks
