SITE VISIT REPORT: ACCELERATED MEP, WATERPROOFING & EXTERNAL FINISHES

I. Purpose of Visit:
To inspect the simultaneous progression of infrastructure installation (MEP/Plumbing) and crucial waterproofing applications, noting the overall site pace.
II. Observations & Progress Status:
The site is currently maintaining a good, high pace of work across multiple construction trades:
- Compound Wall Structure: The structural element is nearing completion, with the Top Beam casting remaining on one side of the perimeter wall.
- External MEP: Electric Pipe Work installation is actively ongoing within the Compound Wall structure.
- Internal MEP & Finishes:
- Plumbing Works (pipe installation) are advancing throughout the villa.
- Ceramic Works (tiling) are currently ongoing within the washrooms.
- Waterproofing: Comprehensive Waterproof Works are actively being applied across various areas of the villa structure (e.g., wet areas, roofs, slabs) as per specification.
- Front Facade: The Decor Blockworks Plaster application is ongoing at the front of the villa, preparing the exterior surface for final finishing.
III. Directives & Next Steps:
- Compound Wall Priority: Complete the remaining Top Beam casting immediately to structurally secure the entire perimeter.
- Finish Coordination: Ensure the completion of washroom ceramic works allows the final plumbing fixtures (taps, showerheads) to be installed promptly.
- Sustained Pace: Maintain the current good pace of work while upholding all quality control checks, especially for the critical waterproofing application.
IV. Concluding Remarks:
The project at H-1311, MBZC, is exhibiting excellent momentum, simultaneously closing out the structural compound wall and advancing critical internal (Plumbing, Ceramics) and protective (Waterproofing) elements.
