SITE VISIT REPORT: BOUNDARY WALL PROGRESS & ELECTRICAL STATUS

I. Purpose of Visit
To inspect the structural progress of the perimeter enclosure, monitor the status of internal MEP installations, and verify site safety and housekeeping standards
II. Observations & Concurrent Progress
The site team at Project A-85, Ahfara has made visible progress on the external enclosure and internal systems:
- Boundary Wall Works: The foundation casting for the boundary wall has been successfully completed. Subsequently, the masonry team has finished the blockworks up to the tie beam level, preparing the perimeter for the next structural phase.
- Internal MEP: Inside the villa, electrical works (conduit installation and containment) are currently in progress on the ground level.
III. Issues & Constraints
During the inspection, the following technical and safety issues were noted:
- Design Pending: The progression of MEP work to the next level is currently on hold. The site team is waiting for the First Floor electrical final drawings from the consultant to proceed with accuracy.
- Site Safety & Housekeeping: A water drum leakage was observed on-site, posing a potential safety hazard and resource waste. The foreman was immediately advised to remove the faulty equipment and rectify the issue to maintain a dry and safe working environment.
IV. Concluding Remarks
Project A-85 is advancing well with the boundary wall structure secured up to the tie beam. While internal electrical works are active, immediate approval of the First Floor electrical drawings is required to maintain momentum.
