SITE VISIT REPORT: EXTERNAL DRAINAGE FINALIZATION & BOUNDARY COMPLETION

Project Name: Proposed Villa Location: Block G, Plot 549, Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZC), Fujairah Date of Visit: January 12, 2026 Time of Visit: 10:00 AM Report Prepared By: Engineer Adeel Arif (Site Engineer)

____________

I. Purpose of Visit:

To inspect the final stages of the external drainage system and confirm the structural completion of the boundary wall columns to facilitate the upcoming stone cladding phase.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

The site is currently resolving the last of the major external infrastructure tasks:

  • Drainage & Infrastructure: Outside drainage pipes work is currently in progress and is almost complete. This is a critical prerequisite to ensure the ground is settled and ready so that stone works can be started by the owner without any further delay.
  • Manhole Status: Concurrent manhole works are almost complete, finalizing the sewage and waste-water network for the villa.
  • Boundary Wall: All remaining boundary columns have been casted, completing the structural frame of the compound wall.
  • Architectural Review: It was noted that some architectural modifications are still pending. These require a formal review to ensure they align with the design intent and structural safety.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

  • Consultant Meeting: I have scheduled a technical session to discuss with the consultant the remaining architectural modifications. Once approved, these will be carried out immediately to avoid rework.
  • Stone Works Mobilization: With the outside drainage and manholes nearing 100% completion, the owner is advised to coordinate the mobilization of the stone cladding team.
  • Curing: Ensure proper water curing for the newly casted boundary wall columns to achieve maximum design strength.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Villa G-549, MBZC, is successfully clearing the path for decorative finishing. By finalizing the outside drainage pipes and manhole works, we are removing the final obstacles for the stone works. My priority now is to resolve the architectural modifications with the consultant to ensure a seamless transition into the final aesthetic phase in Fujairah. For previous report click here.
