SITE VISIT REPORT: BOUNDARY WALL PROGRESS & MEP READINESS

Project Name: Proposed Villa Location: Block G, Plot 549, Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZC), Fujairah Date of Visit: January 05, 2026 Time of Visit: 9:30 AM Report Prepared By: Engineer Adeel Arif (Site Engineer)

____________

I. Purpose of Visit:

To inspect the progress of the external boundary enclosure and verify the readiness of electrical and plumbing services ahead of the upcoming stone cladding and flooring stages.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

The project is moving steadily toward the final structural and rough-in completion:

  • Structural Completion: All block works for both the main villa and the boundary wall are now 100% completed. This marks a significant milestone in defining the project’s final footprint.
  • Boundary Wall Development: Boundary wall works are ongoing, specifically focusing on the shuttering of the front side columns. This is the final structural step for the perimeter before plastering.
  • External Electrical Readiness: Electrical work is ongoing for the outer walls of the villa. These services are being finalized now to ensure the facade is fully prepared for the stone works planned for the next phase.
  • MEP Floor Services: All floor piping for electrical conduits is confirmed as ready and properly positioned throughout the ground floor.

III. Directives & Resource Management:

  • Manpower Increase (CRITICAL): While the work is in progress at a normal speed, it is observed that the current labor strength is insufficient to meet the upcoming finishing deadlines. The contractor is instructed to increase the work force at site immediately.
  • Front Column Casting: Ensure the column shuttering is checked for alignment before casting to maintain the aesthetic line of the front boundary wall.
  • Stone Work Coordination: Finalize all external conduits this week so that the facade is cleared for stone cladding delivery.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Villa G-549, MBZC, is successfully transitioning into the finishing preparation stage. With all block works completed and floor piping ready, the focus must now shift to accelerating the boundary wall completion and MEP rough-ins. Boosting the on-site labor force is essential to maintain momentum for the stone works in Fujairah. For previous report please click here.
