I. Purpose of Visit:
To verify the initial layout of the ground floor walls and oversee the preliminary site preparation for the permanent compound wall footing.
II. Observations & Progress Status:
The site at MBZC Villa G-420 is transitioning into the vertical construction and perimeter definition phase:
- Internal Layout: The first layer of solid block works for the Ground Floor has been successfully laid. This “marking” layer is essential for confirming room dimensions and door openings.
- Owner Confirmation: Construction on the main walls is currently on hold while waiting for the owner to check and confirm the layout. This ensures the internal space meets the client’s expectations before the ground floor block work proceeds to full height.
- Architectural Finishing: Parapet decor works are actively in progress on the front facade of the villa, adding the necessary aesthetic structural elements to the roofline.
- Perimeter Infrastructure: Compound wall works are officially about to be started. The boundary area is currently being cleaned and cleared to facilitate the footing excavations for the compound wall.
III. Directives & Next Steps:
- Layout Approval: Coordinate with the Owner for an immediate site walkthrough. Once the first layer of block work is approved, the masonry team must be ready to ramp up production.
- Boundary Excavation: As soon as site cleaning is finalized, begin the compound wall footing excavations on the three cleared sides to avoid further delays.
- Decor Quality: Ensure the parapet decor matches the approved architectural drawings for the front elevation.
IV. Concluding Remarks:
Villa G-420 is at a critical checkpoint. With the first layer of solid block works laid, we await final Owner approval to proceed with the main structure. Simultaneously, the start of compound wall works marks a significant step in securing the plot perimeter.
