SITE VISIT REPORT: PLASTERING PROGRESS & FINISHING MATERIAL ARRIVAL

I. Purpose of Visit: To inspect the transition from rough-in services to internal finishing (plastering) and verify the arrival of specialized plumbing fixtures.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

The site at Ahfara Villa A-85 is maintaining a very high momentum across all fronts:

Internal Plastering: Ground floor inside plaster is almost finished, showing a high-quality surface finish. Consequently, the first floor plaster has started, ensuring a continuous workflow for the masonry team.
MEP Finalization: Electrical conduits inside walls are being finalized to secure all internal points before the plasterers close the surfaces.
External Waterproofing: Outer wall bitumen works are currently ongoing. This is a critical protective layer that must be completed and inspected before the stoneworks commence on the façade.
Block Work & Openings: All remaining blockworks have been laid for the final windows, completing the structural envelope.
Material Logistics: Significant finishing materials have successfully arrived at the site, including bath plumbing material, mixers, and the concealed flush tanks requested by the Owner.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

Plumbing Installation: With the arrival of the concealed flush tanks and mixers, the plumbing team must immediately start the installation and pressure testing of these units before the bathrooms are plastered/tiled.
Bitumen Completion: Ensure the bitumen works on the external walls are applied uniformly to avoid any delays to the upcoming stone cladding phase.
First Floor Plaster: Monitor the curing of the newly started first-floor plastering to ensure no cracking occurs.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Overall work progress is good and following the scheduled timeline. The arrival of finishing materials and the near-completion of the ground floor plastering at Villa A-85 Ahfara indicate that the project is successfully moving into the advanced finishing stages in Fujairah.
