SITE VISIT REPORT: SUBSTRUCTURE COMPLETION & TIE BEAM PREPARATION

I. Purpose of Visit:

To verify the completion of the substructure backfilling and inspect the site readiness for the commencement of Tie Beam shuttering and reinforcement.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

Following the resolution of previous material delays, the site has successfully moved through the critical below-ground stages:

Substructure Milestones: As per previous reports, the neck column casting and the installation of solid block works below tie beam level have been fully completed and inspected.
Backfilling Operations: The backfilling of soil within the foundation and tie beam areas is now 100% done. The soil has been leveled to the required depth to accommodate the tie beam structure.
Logistics & Compliance: It has been strictly verified that all construction materials are kept inside the plot limit of the villa, ensuring no encroachment on neighboring plots or public roads, in compliance with Fujairah Municipality regulations.
Housekeeping: Initial site cleaning is done; however, further clearing is required to ensure a safe working environment for the next structural phase.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

Structural Transition: The team is authorized to start tie beam shuttering soon. This must be followed immediately by the placement of reinforcement steel as per the approved structural drawings.
Enhanced Housekeeping: Additional labor has been assigned to complete the final site clearing to ensure the area around the tie beams is free of debris before casting.
Compaction Check: Ensure the backfilled soil is properly compacted before the shuttering is finalized to prevent any future settlement issues.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Villa G-425, MBZC, has successfully overcome previous downtime and completed its substructure preparation. With backfilling done and the site organized within plot limits, we are now moving into the tie beam construction phase.
