I. Purpose of Visit:
To confirm the long-awaited delivery of the essential block materials, officially restart construction activities, and implement measures to recover lost time.
II. Observations & Progress Status:
- Previous Status: Following the successful footing casting, the project entered an unscheduled holding period. Work had been stopped for many days due to a severe supply chain issue.
- Material Resolution: We confirm that the required batch of solid blocks has finally arrived on site after a significant and prolonged delay from the supplier.
- Current Action: With the arrival of the blocks, preparations for the immediate commencement of the Ground Floor block work are underway.
III. Directives & Remedial Actions:
- Work Acceleration: The site team has been instructed to accelerate the work and proceed at maximum capacity to minimize the impact of the multi-day delay caused by the late block arrival.
- Supply Chain Management: Moving forward, rigorous follow-up is mandated for all critical material orders to prevent a recurrence of this kind of stoppage.
IV. Concluding Remarks:
The critical supply bottleneck at MBZC Villa G-425 has been resolved. The late arrival of the solid blocks significantly impacted the immediate transition post-footing casting, but the project is now ready to recommence wall construction.
