SITE VISIT REPORT: GROUND FLOOR BLOCK WORK COMPLETION & CONCURRENT MEP

I. Purpose of Visit:

To confirm the completion of Ground Floor block work and track the simultaneous progress of First Floor structural elements and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) rough-in installation.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

The project is showing excellent momentum and coordinated progress across the main structure and internal services:

  • Ground Floor Milestone: The Ground Floor Block Work is 100% complete, securing the internal wall layout for the entire ground level.
  • First Floor Block Work: First Floor Block Work is now at 50% completion, maintaining a high pace of vertical construction.
  • Structural Elements: First Floor Lintel Beams—critical structural components above doors and windows—are currently being casted.
  • Internal MEP: The Ground Floor Electrical Pipe Works (conduit and box rough-ins) are actively in progress, integrating services within the newly completed walls.
  • Material Status: All necessary materials, including blocks and piping, are confirmed to be available on site, eliminating previous supply chain constraints.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

  • FF Block Completion: Focus maximum labor efforts on achieving 100% completion of the First Floor block work.
  • MEP Integration: Ensure precise coordination between the block layers and the MEP team to integrate the remaining Electrical Pipe Works correctly before any plastering commences.
  • Quality Check: Conduct a thorough quality check on all newly cast Lintel Beams and the structural integrity of the completed walls.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

MBZC Villa F-154 has achieved a critical structural milestone with the completion of the Ground Floor walls. By concurrently casting Lintel Beams and installing GF Electrical Pipe Works, the project is demonstrating high efficiency and is well-positioned to move towards the next structural stage rapidly.
