SITE VISIT REPORT: BLOCK WORK PROGRESS & SPEED ACCELERATION

I. Purpose of Visit:
To assess the advancement of the structural block work phase for both the main villa structure and the boundary wall, and to streamline future construction activities.
II. Observations & Progress Status (Block Work):
The site visit confirmed varied progress across key structural elements at MBZC Plot 315:
- Ground Floor (GF) Block Work: This phase is 100% completed. All internal and external walls for the ground floor level are finished and ready for the next stage (lintel/slab formwork).
- First Floor (1F) Block Work: The construction of the first-floor walls has commenced and is approximately 15% completed. The work is actively ongoing.
- Boundary Wall: The block work for the perimeter Boundary Wall is progressing in parallel, adding security and defining the plot limits.
- Work Pace: All relevant teams are mobilized, and general work activity is consistent.
III. Directives & Management Instructions:
To optimize the overall project schedule and maintain momentum, the following management directives were issued to the site foreman and teams:
- Speed Acceleration: The team has been advised to significantly speed up the work progress on the First Floor block work. Accelerating this stage is crucial to avoid delays to the subsequent Roof Slab casting timeline.
- Resource Mobilization: Ensure sufficient resources (manpower and materials) are dedicated to the First Floor and Boundary Wall block work simultaneously.
- Quality Assurance: While increasing speed, strict adherence to quality must be maintained, specifically regarding wall verticality, mortar consistency, and block alignment, to ensure compliance with Fujairah construction standards.
IV. Concluding Remarks:
The completion of the Ground Floor block work is a major milestone. The current priority is rapidly finalizing the First Floor block work at Plot 315 and continuing the boundary wall construction. Daily monitoring will focus on acceleration while strictly upholding the required quality standards to transition smoothly into the roof slab stage.
