I. Inspection Summary:

The Fujairah Municipality (FM) inspection was conducted on the First Floor Slab to verify final readiness and compliance before granting the Concrete Casting Approval.

II. Attendees:

• Consultant Engineer: Engineer Asif / International Designs Engineering Consultants
• Contractor Engineer: Engineer Adeel Arif

III. Observations & Compliance Findings:

IV. FM Directive & Contractor Action:

• Initial Discrepancy (Signboard):
  • Upon arrival, the FM Engineer identified that the project signboard displayed a former ADIB logo at the top instead of the required Fujairah Municipality logo.
  • The site was granted conditional approval for casting, pending the immediate correction of the signboard and uploading photographic evidence to the FM portal.
• Immediate Action (Engineer Adeel Arif):
  • Directive Executed: I immediately directed the site team to modify the signboard to place the FM logo prominently at the top, ensuring full compliance with the updated regulation.
  • Evidence Uploaded: The photograph of the rectified signboard was taken and instantly uploaded to the Fujairah Municipality online portal.

V. Final Approval:

• Following the successful submission and verification of the signboard correction, the Concrete Casting Approval was officially received from the Fujairah Municipality.
• The site is now fully authorized to proceed with the casting of the First Floor Slab.
