SITE VISIT REPORT: ADVANCED FINISHING & INTERNAL FIT-OUT PROGRESS

I. Purpose of Visit:

To monitor the progress of the external facade painting and verify the completion status of internal tiling and MEP final fixings.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

The site at MBZC Villa H-1311 is maintaining exceptional momentum as it moves toward the final handover stages:

External Facade: Outside paint works are in progress. The primer and initial coats are being applied, significantly transforming the villa’s exterior appearance.
Tiling & Flooring: The fixing of ceramic is 80% complete inside the villa. The masonry team is working at great speed, with only minor areas and final grouting remaining.
Internal Fit-out: Specialized final decor in the kitchen, specifically the base work below ground cabinets, is currently in progress. This ensures a seamless and high-end finish for the kitchen cabinetry.
MEP Services: Both electric and plumbing works are progressing simultaneously. The focus is now on the final installation of switches, sockets, and plumbing fixtures to match the tiled surfaces.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

Quality Control on Tiling: While the speed is excellent, I have instructed the supervisors to conduct a “hollow-sound” check on all fixed ceramic tiles to ensure 100% adhesive coverage.
Kitchen Coordination: Ensure the kitchen decor levels are perfectly aligned with the floor tiling to prevent any gaps when the cabinets are installed.
Paint Protection: Coordinate the outside paint works with any remaining dusty activities to avoid contamination of the fresh paint surfaces.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Villa H-1311, MBZC, is currently a flagship project in terms of finishing efficiency. With 80% of ceramic fixing complete and outside paint underway, the villa is rapidly approaching its final form.
