SITE VISIT REPORT: PLASTER COMPLETION & EXTERIOR BITUMEN MILESTONE

I. Purpose of Visit:

To verify the completion of internal plastering on the Ground Floor and monitor the readiness of the external facade for the upcoming stone cladding works.

II. Observations & Progress Status:

The site at Ahfara Villa A-85 is moving rapidly into the final finishing stages with impressive coordination between the masonry and waterproofing teams:

Internal Plastering Milestones: The Ground Floor (GF) all plaster is complete, excluding the bathrooms which are being prepared for tiling. Inside plaster works are currently ongoing for the stairs and the First Floor, maintaining a steady pace toward full interior completion.
External Facade Preparation: A critical milestone has been reached with 3 sides of the villa outer walls bitumen application now finished. This ensures the structure is fully waterproofed and officially ready for the stone works to commence.
Structural Decor: The decor slab on the front side of the villa is fully shuttered, reinforced, and ready to cast. This feature will define the architectural character of the main entrance.

III. Directives & Next Steps:

Facade Finalization: Immediately complete the bitumen application on the remaining fourth side to ensure total enclosure before the stone contractor mobilizes.
Casting Schedule: The front decor slab should be cast within the next 24 hours to allow for adequate curing time.
Bathroom Readiness: Ensure all concealed plumbing and electrical conduits in the bathrooms are final-checked before starting the specialized moisture-resistant plaster or tile base.

IV. Concluding Remarks:

Villa A-85 Ahfara is showing exceptional progress. With the Ground Floor plaster complete and the exterior bitumen works nearly finalized for stone works, the villa is transitioning from a structural shell into a finished home. My focus remains on maintaining this quality of finish as we move to the First Floor and external decorative elements in Fujairah. For previous report click here.
